First, a customized profile is created for the particular job. Top performers as well as their managers and customers fill out a Job Environment Tool (JET). The responses are compiled and a profile is created that is validated against our database of over 5000 surveys. As applicants move through the qualifying proves, they complete a brief, internet-based assessment (accessed through your own web-site or ours) that considers them against your customized profile.
